任职资格：
-目前正在攻读数据科学、统计学、计算机科学或相关专业学位
-熟练掌握数据分析工具与编程语言（如 Python、R、SQL）
-深入理解统计分析、数据可视化及数据清洗技术
-能够分析大型数据集并提炼有意义的洞察-具备出色的问题解决能力和对细节的关注度
-拥有良好的沟通能力，能将复杂数据以清晰易懂的方式呈现
工作职责：
-协助收集和分析数据，为业务决策提供支持-参与数据库的开发与维护工作
-协助为内外部利益相关方制作报告和仪表盘
-支持团队识别复杂数据集中的趋势、关联关系和模式-帮助开展研究与分析工作，为项目提供支撑
-与团队成员协作，改进数据收集流程
Qualifications: -Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. -Proficient in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL). Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data visualization, and data cleaning techniques.
-Ability to analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Good communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner. Responsibilities: -Assist in collecting and analyzing data for business decisions.
-Contribute to the development and maintenance of databases.
-Participate in the creation of reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
-Support the team in identifying trends, correlations, and patterns in complex data sets.
-Help in conducting research and analysis to support projects
-Collaborate with team members to improve data collection
